DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY OF GOODS.

1. The buyer, having selected the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact delivery location of the goods.

2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.

3. The Goods are delivered by the Seller or a representative (courier) authorized by the Seller.

4. Ordered goods are delivered within 1-2 weeks after payment of the order.

4.1. In individual cases, delivery of goods may take longer, after informing the Buyer within 1 day of placing the order.

5. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6. The Buyer must in all cases immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in a crumpled or otherwise damaged package, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity, or if the goods are incomplete.

7. In all cases, if the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he must indicate the remarks in the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate act regarding these damages. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to damage to the packaging that the Buyer did not mark on the courier's delivery document.

8. If the goods are returned to the Seller due to the Buyer's fault for an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the Seller without being collected from the parcel locker within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the Seller the costs of re-shipping, and if the goods were returned from the parcel locker or courier - to cover the Seller the costs of returning the goods. If the Buyer refuses to accept the shipment again (i.e. demands a refund for the goods), the money for shipping is not returned to the Buyer.
